Guitar Hero: On Tour Decades. Excited? Read on!
It was coming sooner or later. Vicarious Visions' portable rock shredder had sold brilliantly, so a sequel was inevitable.
At the Electronic Entertainment Expo, Activision revealed that Guitar Hero: On Tour Decades will be in your
DS by Autumn.
Activision also mentioned a 'streaming' system - enabling players on different Guitar Hero games to shred each others playlists.
GH: OTD will feature 5 songs per decade, including the 'Modern' decade and the current 00's, each with their own venye.
The 2000's decade features you celebrating the new millenium New Year's-style with a tracklist of: "One
Step Closer" by Linkin Park, "Remedy" by Seether, "The Middle" by Jimmy
Eat World, "Can't Stop" by Red Hot Chili Peppers, and "I Believe in a
Thing Called Love" by The Darkness. However, an electro-tastic stage with video walls and
holographic globes will be implemented for the modern venue, with these currently confirmed: "Dirty Little Secret"
by The All-American Rejects, "crushcrushcrush" by Paramore, "The Take
Over, The Break's Over" from Fall Out Boy, "The Pretender" from Foo
Fighters, and "Tarantula" by Smashing Pumpkins.
Every song will be the actual track, not covers.
